Would you like to walk into a dental office and feel like:
- they know you?
- your concerns and needs are understood before any procedures are recommended or performed?
- any treatment that is done fits into your personal, long-term plan for your oral health?
- you, not dental insurance, or any other third party, will dictate the outcome you desire for your health?
- you are empowered to have control over your dental health decisions?
If you answered YES to any of the above questions, please give us a call. Because health is very personal and individualized, we take the time to make sure you are understood before we present options for your future health. We are your ADVOCATE to help you achieve the outcome you desire and choose. We love what we do! Come and visit us as we create “Healthy smiles that transform lives.”
It is our mission to help you achieve your goal of a healthy, maintenance free smile for life.
It is our belief that today’s medical and dental models of health care are failing. They wait for disease to occur and then do procedures to fix what is broken. They typically never treat the actual cause of the problem. This is a Disease Care Model.
We consider our practice to be a HEALTH CARE MODEL. Instead of being reactive, we diagnose what causes the disease and then help you prevent the disease from reoccurring. We individualize each patient’s care and give you the time and personal attention you deserve.
As your advocate, we listen to you, we make sure we understand you and we work together to come up with a course of treatment that always starts with your end-goal in mind. In this way, you know the entire plan before any treatment is initiated.

Our goal is to restore your teeth back to their natural beauty, structure, form and function. All four of these criteria must be diagnosed and treated in order to have long-term results. As part of our services, we will spend the time to understand what you desire, and then help you achieve this goal. We believe that personal relationships are essential and are largely ignored in contemporary health care. You will be actively involved in all phases of your care and we will always keep your best interest foremost in mind.

Whitening, commonly called “Bleaching”, is a safe, effective and painless way to lighten the color of your teeth. There is the in office “Zoom” method which provides instant results, or, the take home method utilizing custom fit trays. Both are equally effective in helping you achieve the results you desire. Give us a call to see which method would best suit your current situation.
Veneers, are a thin, translucent coating made out of porcelain and bonded to the teeth. Veneers enhance your smile by improving the color, size, and/or shape of the teeth. Veneers can be used to correct:
- Discolored teeth
- Front teeth that are worn down or chipped
- Gaps or spaces between teeth
- Crooked teeth.
Crown, also referred to as a “cap”, is a covering usually made of porcelain that protects the entire tooth. It is used to restore and preserve a tooth that is decayed, broken, cracked, or has had a root canal. Crowns can also be used to correct many cosmetic tooth problems and improve your smile.
Invisalign uses a series of clear, removable aligners, which look like clear retainers, to straighten your teeth without metal brackets, bands, or wires. You visit the dentist every four to six weeks to check your progress and get new aligners. Get the smile you have always wanted without traditional braces.
Implants are the most effective and natural solution for replacing lost teeth. They can be used to replace one missing tooth or multiple missing teeth. They are the current standard of care for making dentures (“false teeth”) more retentive, natural and comfortable.
White fillings, also know as Composites, are a strong, esthetic and mercury-free solution to filling decayed teeth. They bond to the natural tooth. This helps provide additional strength compared to the old, mercury-filled, silver fillings.
Bonding, also known as direct veneers, is a conservative and esthetic solution for teeth that have spaces, chips, fractures and discolorations. It is done directly chair-side and in one appointment.
A Bridge is a permanent way to replace one or more missing teeth. A bridge does not come in and out of the mouth. It restores the mouth back to its natural and healthy state.

“I always enjoy being at Dr. Glenn’s office, after all we both discovered I have been coming into the office for 25 years. WOW!! I just pray Dr. Glenn will continue his practice for a long time! Best wishes to all.”
“I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the high degree of professionalism and personal attention you gave me as a patient over the last 6-8 months. As you worked collaboratively with the Endodontist and the Periodontist to re-do a root canal, do grafts and then replace 35 year old front crowns, there was some doubt that this was even achievable, but the results are wonderful! It is a pleasure to consider myself as a patient in your office.”
“YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST!! I always feel welcome and comfortable when I come to your office. Your friendliness, compassion, and genuine care are greatly appreciated. Thank you for providing a safe and loving atmosphere for my family.”
“Just a note to thank you for the wonderful dental work you performed for me. I am really impressed with the quality of your work and attention to detail. I was a little apprehensive with the amount of work to be done, especially my front teeth. But everything went perfect, as planned. Your assistants and office staff made my experience enjoyable. I recommend your services to everyone.”
“My visit was excellent, I love my new crown. I don’t have any complaints, in fact the experience is always as perfect as any visit to the dentist could be. (Ha, Ha) All of the staff and Dr. DiBartolomeo are always proficient as well as kind and friendly. Thank you for checking to see how I am doing.”
“I was nothing but impressed with how welcoming everyone was, and how thorough Dr. DiBartolomeo was with me. I definitely feel like I am in good hands with everyone in the office” —Joe S.
“Thank you for checking to see how my recent dental visit went. The dentist and the staff are all very friendly. After 28 years with the same dentist in Upstate NY, I was comforted knowing that an office like yours is operating near my new home in Florida!”
